yesterday's class of therapy,i learnt a new thing..
the topic was about coronary heart disease..
and guess what one of the so many elements that can leads to the disease is those with type A personality...
erk,what the hell is type A personality??

well,according to wiki wiki:

Type A

The theory describes a Type A individual as ambitious, aggressive, business-like, controlling, highly competitive, impatient, preoccupied with his or her status, time-conscious, and tightly-wound. People with Type A personalities are often high-achieving "workaholics" who multi-task, push themselves with deadlines, and hate both delays and ambivalence.

In his 1996 book, Type A Behavior: Its Diagnosis and Treatment, Friedman suggests that Type A behavior is expressed in three major symptoms: free-floating hostility, which can be triggered by even minor incidents; time urgency and impatience, which causes irritation and exasperation; and a competitive drive, which causes stress and an achievement-driven mentality. The first of these symptoms is believed to be covert and therefore less observable, while the other two are more overt.^[1]

but then i realized that hafiz aizat n radhi were smiling cynically and jeling2 kat aku..

i was like,say wuttt??

then baru la sedar that this type of personality matches me perfectly..

i remembered when he was explaining,he said,

"those with the personality will work their butt off to accomplish what they want and when things go the other way,they get frustrated frequently,and try to keep all the sadness alone..then they will say such a thing like-oh,i dont wanna live.. life is unfair.."

sbb whenever i frustrated with my test or obstacles in life,he would be the 1 person yg kene dengar aku bebel..

and apparently,those 2 words(dont wanna live and live is unfair),they are my favorite quotes..

even if i look again at the definition in wiki,its kinda precise..

im:

- ambitious (bajet)

- aggressive (sikit la)

- business-like (damn true)

-controlling (kot,sampai niger masuk bilik aku pon kene hambat sbb tak dapat control dorg)

-highly competitive (xbole tgk org lebey)

-impatient (tanye buah hati brape byk msg n call die dpt once aku tak dapat talk to her)

-tightly-wound (makan dalam bro)

-hate ambivalence(god-sake,i hate it when i have to choose)

herm,my whole life ive been trying not to believe in horoscope,pshycological hypothesis and all cuz they are all created based on general perception of human behavior..

as for me, i try to believe in free-wil,everyone has their own decision in choosing what kind of person he is..

and yeah im trying to be laen dari yg laen..

but today, i cant refuse the fact anymore..

im just a common human being just like the others..
